As a specialist music distributor, I respect the commercial need for profit margins, however, the music I offer you is of the highest quality and is produced by musicians who have a deep understanding of the both the psychological effects of music and the spiritual needs of relaxation & healing. With this in mind I will offer you the best possible price I can, even better than the inclusive prices offered by international non official distributors \ music suppliers.

My distribution contract states that I am a Wholesale distributor and also a Retail distributor.

Therefore my pricing structure can at times appear confusing especially to the public, so in order to clarify;

Retail (over the counter) from £13.99

Retail Mail order from £9.50 per CD excluding delivery & insurance.

If you wish to sell our music on to your clients, you then fall in to the "wholesale \ retail outlet \ therapist \ clinic" categories. Please contact Alan and we can discuss your needs.

Our Initial Minimum order is 10 CD's. However, you can buy 5 titles 2 off each title 1 to play and 1 to sell just to get you started.

Discounts are given for larger orders more details on request.

Payment methods accepted are;

Visa, Master Card, Switch, Cheque or BACS transfer or cash in person at The Crystal Sanctuary.

Discounts are also offered, subject to holistic business status.

We do not offer credit accounts, strictly payment with order.

If you cannot afford to buy at the minimum order level, that's fine to, you can always sign up as an Affiliate Sales Colleague and Te Crystal Sanctuary pays you 15% discount on every order \ cleared sales you make via the Crystal Sanctuary on or off line. (Contact Alan form more details).   

The Crystal Sanctuary Delivery policy

If we receive your order before 2pm, delivery is normally next day, dependent on payment clearance.

Delivery methods:

1, Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery (Small light packages)

2, Royal Mail Special deliver (Under 2 Kilo Time sensitive packages)

3, Interlink Express courier service. (Next day) up to 5 Kilos)

Delivery payment on the web site

When you place an order on the web site you will be automatically charged a minimum delivery charge of £2.50, this is known as the simple delivery charging method.

It is a problem area to us as the web e-commerce software we use dose not allow multiple charging methods as yet, but we are working on a fix for our sales situation.     

However, in the meantime we will adjust the delivery charge up or down should it be required.

Example 1:

You buy 2 CD's on line delivery may be charged at £2.50 per cd, 2 X £2.50 (£5.00)

Your invoice is changed to show the correct delivery charge as being £2.50 only.

Example 2:

You buy 10 Cd's your bill will show a delivery charge of 10 CD's X £2.50 (£25.00)

Your invoice is changed to show the delivery charge as being £9.50 courier \ insurance protection charge only.

Before your payment method is debited you will be emailed or called if you prefer, to advise you of the adjusted delivery charge.    

We do not offer credit accounts, strictly payment with order.
