All returns must be pre-arranged and our returns policy must be complied with.

1) Contact us within 30 days to advise us of your wish to return your
order or goods.

2) If Goods are being returned you must obtain a R.T.A. Number from Alan.
This can be done in the following ways:
By using the RTA form on our web site or In writing.

When you have received, by return your RTA number please follow the steps below.

Step 1:
Package Goods in original packaging, please enclose a letter fully explaining
your reason for returning the goods or your complaint.

Step 2:
Using a black marker pen please write the R.T.A. Number Clearly on the parcel.

Step 3:
Please now send the parcel to our Postal Address stated below,
by courier or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Please note no claims will be accepted or processed unless this Returns procedure is adheard to, fully.
This is for your peace of mind as well as ours.
We promise to acknowledge any customer complaints within 5 working days.
