Orders
Policy
We only offer products
that we either have
in stock or are aware
they are on our back
orders list.
However, should an
order be placed and
the item is not in
stock you will not
be charged at the time
of ordering. Payment
will only be processed
when the good are ready
to be dispatched.
Special
Orders Policy
If we display a new
or special product
and we do not have
it in stock we will
tell you it has to
be ordered specially.
We will then email
or call you direct
with the expected delivery
time, and full cost.
We then request that
you pay in advance,
due to it being a special
order awaiting our
suppliers delivering
of the goods.
There are no refunds
for specially made
or ordered goods, unless
they are faulty due
to faulty workmanship.
This does not effect
your statutory rights.
